These bitters were born from the creative inspiration of modern Tiki legend Brian Miller, who wondered about the potential of creating a Falernum-style flavor in a bitter. Falernum, known for its rich spice blend from the West Indies, wasn't in our range as we weren't producing cordials then. So, we embarked on a journey to craft a bitters variant that complements tiki cocktails.

Our recipe bridges the gap between the rich traditions of Eastern Polynesian and Western Caribbean tropical drinks.

Elemakule Tiki Bitters boast an alcohol content of 44% by volume, with primary flavors of cinnamon and allspice, supported by a robust cast of other spices, making them perfect for enhancing a wide array of tropical cocktails.
