Notes from Nate: Still relatively new to the US market Alto Canto is the only product made at the highly regarded Nom 1636. Their tequilas are additive free and involve artisanal productions methods including traditional stone ovens, tahona extraction, and open/spontaneous fermentation on fibers in wood tanks. On the palate notes of cooked agave, honey, white florals, melon and olive brine. Highly recommend this.
