Production Method: La Venenosa Raicilla Sierra Volcanes de Jalisco is crafted from wild agave Rhodacantha, which thrives in the volcanic soils of the Sierra de Jalisco. The production process follows traditional methods, starting with the roasting of agave hearts in underground pit ovens. The roasted agave is then crushed, and the juice is fermented naturally in hollowed-out stone vats. Distillation occurs twice in small clay pot stills, which helps preserve the agave's natural flavors and the unique characteristics of the region.
