La Venenosa Tabernas III Edición is a unique raicilla from the Jalisco region of Mexico, made from Chico Aguiar and Maximiliana agaves. This spirit is produced by Jose Salcedo Rios in El Mosco village, using an adobe oven and oak fuel, with fermentation in tinacos and wild yeast, then distilled twice in stainless and copper stills.
- AROMA lime zest, smoke, and a slight yogurt-like funkiness.
- PALATE slate, grass, white peppercorns, and a fruity yogurt kick, with flavors of cider apples and hints of vanilla, herbs, and smoke on the finish; as it airs the flavours mellow.
