Pelacanas rum is made from 100% fresh pressed sugarcane juice, estate grown in the shadow of the Volcan de Tequila in in Jalisco. With wood fermentation, copper pot distillation, and passionate hands, Pelacanas is intensely fresh, bold, and balanced.

This single barrel of rum was selected by both Healthy Spirits and Last Rites in San Francisco. It was is aged for 22 months in wet French Oak ex-red wine barrels and is at a barrel proof of 103.6.
