ST. GEORGE LOT 17 SINGLE MALT WHISKEY 750ML

This particular lot, released in October 2017, is composed of whiskey aged in 19 different barrels, including used bourbon barrels, American and French oak, and barrels that previously held sweet port and dessert wine.

The whiskey is noted for its complex and balanced flavor profile, featuring notes of pear, apricot, banana, Mexican chocolate, and hazelnut on the nose. On the palate, it transitions from light sweetness to candied citrus, dried fruit, cashew butter, and malted barley​.
