Notes from Nate: It's rare for me to pick a favorite in a category, after all we scrutinize and hand pick everything, but this Amaro stands out as the best I've ever had. Using a foundation of woodfired herbs, roots, bark and Sicilian honey, Sibilla has great bitterness, depth and balance. It's a show stopper only rivaled by its sister product, Varnelli Dell'Erborista.
