Shipping & returns


You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Healthy Spirits. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker, the carrier that delivers our packages is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery.  

This means that you must be available to sign and provide identification at the time of delivery. If you will be at work please change the delivery address to your work address, if possible.  

We ship via GLS with tracking and age verification to California residents only. 


Our shipping charges vary by destination, type, weight, and the total number of items being shipped. This information is calculated during the checkout process. 
Shipping charges will not be refunded if the product was unable to be delivered to the customer-provided address. If there was no person 21+ to sign, the product is returned after multiple failed delivery attempts, failure of the customer to pick up the product, OR for any other reason for failed delivery that is the within the control of the customer and beyond the control of Healthy Spirits Store. 


We endeavour to provide the finest quality products and services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will do our best within the legal limits to assist you in an exchange. Please note however California ABC prohibits returns of alcoholic products unless spoiled or otherwise unfit for human consumption. This means you cannot return a product if you purchased too many, if you don't like it, or for any other reason other than those listed above.  

If a package is visibly damaged upon receipt, we recommend that you refuse delivery. Once you have accepted delivery of your order, please contact our Valencia store at (415) 341-0051 or via email us at [email protected] before returning any merchandise. 
Healthy Spirits charges a 3-4% restocking fee on returns due to unrecoverable card processing charges. 


Online orders take 1-2 business days to process plus the shipping & delivery time. We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If you need expedited service, please call us at (415) 341-0051.  

If you order for store pickup, your order will be available for pickup within 3 hours, during business operating hours. Store pickup orders take a few hours to process.

Currently, we do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO boxes.


Please be advised that orders on our website will only be accepted when the shipping address is within the state of California. It is illegal for us to ship spirits, wine, or beer across state lines. 


We must charge San Francisco sales tax on all merchandise and shipping costs, even if the billing address is in another state. 


We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and current; however, Healthy Spirits provides this website and its contents on an "as is" basis and expressly denies all representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this website and its contents. Healthy Spirits also reserves the right to change price and availability information without notice.  

Healthy Spirits nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
