NOSE
Clear and focused with a pleasant grapey sultana sweetness. Clean and inviting.

PALATE
A hint of peat gives way to rich flavours, enveloped by sweet, roasted malt and a touch of dryness. The wood moderates the pepper; a smooth, slightly oily sweetness accompanies ripe, juicy fruit.

FINISH
Notes of cocoa, vanilla, and subtle, earthy peat. Engaging with a well-balanced interplay between sweetness and dryness.
